Osborn is run by only two people, so it may take up to one week for us to ship out your order (unless otherwise noted in the item description). Thank you for your patience. We ship with UPS for domestic orders within 7 business days of purchase for in-stock items. If you need your shoes sooner, please send us an email. You will receive an email once your package has shipped, which will included a tracking number.
We ship international orders with the US Postal Service within 14 business days of purchase. Please contact us for your tracking info. Please note that delivery time will vary due to customs clearance time. Please note that when placing an international order to be shipped outside the U.S. you may be subject to customs charges. You will be responsible for your country's customs fees, duties, and/or taxes, if any, which are usually collected when the order is delivered to you.
